Welcome to Artgiftcustom. By accessing or using our website at artgiftcustom.cv and our personal styling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Artgiftcustom provides professional personal styling and image consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to style assessments, wardrobe consultations, personal shopping assistance, and color analysis. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

When you book a consultation or service, you are making a commitment to attend at the scheduled time. We will send you a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the beginning of your session, as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Communicate your style goals and preferences honestly
  • Treat our staff and premises with respect
  • Follow any preparation guidelines provided before your session

Limitation of Liability

Our styling services are provided for educational and consultation purposes. While we strive to provide excellent advice, style is subjective and personal. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with styling recommendations or purchases made based on our guidance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
