As Artgiftcustom provides professional personal styling and image consulting services rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on service cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
48 Hours or More Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours advance notice, you are eligible for:
- A full refund of any payments made, or
- Free rescheduling to another available date and time

.24 to 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You may choose to receive a 50% refund or apply the remaining balance as a credit toward a future service within 6 months.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve time specifically for your consultation and cannot fill last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to provide as much notice as possible.
Emergency Situations
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from attending your scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your styling consultation, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. While we cannot offer refunds after services have been completed, we are committed to working with you to ensure you receive value from your experience.
Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible:
- Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice: Free of charge
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: May incur a fee
- Multiple rescheduling: We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee after two rescheduling requests
Multi-Session Packages
For multi-session packages such as our Complete Transformation service:
- Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions
- Package discounts are applied to completed sessions before calculating refunds
- Partially used sessions are considered fully used for refund purposes
- Package credits must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
